Studio Gear

Here is my studio rig...

The photo to the right are my 3 Signature Divided By 13 CCC Amps. I use a stereo wet/dry set up. (BG singers above)

  • My dry center amp (orange) is set on the EL84 Tubes
  • My 2 wet amps (green & plum) are set on 6V6’s Tubes
  • The amp outputs are run into my 3 UA Ox Box speaker simulators.

My outboard rack

The outputs of the Ox Boxes run into 3 Neve Shelford Channel Pre-Amps which have EQ & compression. I do not use the onboard Ox Box EQ or Comp.

The other 3 Neve Preamps are used to record my acoustics using a Royer SF-24 Stereo mic and one for the Taylor Expansion II DI pickup.

I use Blue Bottle mic with the 6 capsule into an Avalon 737 Tube Pre-Amp for vocals

The outputs of the Neve’s and Avalon run into my Apogee Element 88 then onto Pro Tools.

Studio Guitars

My guitars are Anderson Classic’s built for me and an Anderson Bartiom

Taylor prototype 916 Acc and Taylor 516 Baritone.

I have also have a little Fender Squire Bass compliments of my friend Eric Johnson I fool around with until I can get Will Lee 😀
